when u was saying only ARM with 6.5% + would cost more than 30 fixed.
what was ur assumption there? 10 yrs?
of course if u will only live in the house less than 10 yrs and won't keep
it as 2nd house or rental, would u need to compare ARM or 30 fixed?
Those who asked the question obviously are no sure about the future. What
should they do?
do a simple math, ARM 5/1 will only pay off less than 10% of the loan amt in the 1st 5 yrs.

then after that either your boss has money or you are on your own.. so you
will want to finish faster!! a lot of ppl actually did it in 4 yrs, mostly

. but 27, 28 is norm too...

如果是MANAGER, 要求可以是MS + X YRS OR BS + 5+ YRS
X必须是MS之后的.
如果BS之后有5年也行.
广告最好量身定做.
另外广告上最好只留MAIL地址.这样一来能少70-80%简历.
老板只要合作,就好办.
PERM批了,交140的时候附上原来EB3 140,要求PORT PD.如果485交了,要求INTER-FILE
485 到EB2 140.

College player listed 1-4 yrs, average 2 yrs, so each year 40 NEW
top-75.
US players in ATP 1800 counts 120.
Player life ~ 1-20 yrs, say 10 yrs, which requires 12 new US
faces each year to fill the list.
Some of these US players may never played for colleges, say 50%(???).
Other 6 (12 x (1-0.5) are from colleges.
Some 6 of 40 eventually turned pro, 6/40 = 1 |

bought my first thinkpad 13 yrs ago and in a week it was dead. My wife
called IBM and it was fixed a week later (it is still running but I don't
use it as it is very slow). After this experience I used other brands,
mainly HP and Dell. However, after 10 yrs I came full circle back to
thinkpads. My 2-yrs old edge E420 has zero problem and so does my X220.
