50mM KCl, 2mM MgCl2, 5mM EGTA,1mM EDTA, 100mM Sucrose, Plus cocktail of
protease inhibitors.
Triton X-100 is for lysis of cell membrane, Sucrose is for the stablity of
most proteins, protease inhibitors is again proteolysis.
