起码有个极端的例子， 脆性X 是FMR1 基因promoter 的CGG重复次数过度增加造成启动
子甲基化降低FMR1表达

一个基因高表达，可能的原因太多了。多copy当然是可能的原因，也可能是低甲基化，
也有可能是某种转录因子上调/下调，也有可能是细胞活性增加。。。你最多可以说it
has more copies， so one gene has high level of expression，而不是你刚才那样
反过来叙述 | s******s
