home-made Taq: 做colony PCR筛选用
phusion：做clone，尤其是大片段，那个省时间啊
Plantium HIFI：phusion不work的时候用，比如bisulfite PCR

一个选择。phusion的确是快，原来两天活可以并一天了！ |

发帖数: 1704 | 10 Phusion是Finnzymes的专利，以前一直是通过NEB代售。去年Thermo把Finnzymes给并购
了，所以后来NEB就推出了自己山寨版Q5。
BTW，NEB自己也产phusion。现在NEB还在买的phusion基本都是自产的了
