个软件和算法的。请问，我们在提交论文给编辑部的时候，是如何处理这个软件本身呢
？是当作附件发给编辑部呢，还是早早地发布在公共网络上，并在论文里贴上链接呢，
或者只是告诉编辑部它available upon request呢？有经验的前辈请指点一二！多谢！ |

publication, at least you need to let the reviewers for your manuscript have
the opportunity to try it freely. You may deposit the software package to
your FTP server and provide the link in your submitted manuscript. After the
manuscript being accepted, you may incorporate the link into the final
revision.

The authors wrote a software themself, but they only published the software
one year after in here:

发帖数: 252 | 10 If the package is not too big, supplement to paper is better because:
1) some journals will require a deposit anyway;
2) reviewers would have to hide their IP if they access your server.
