also a lot of reports regarding this. But couldn't find a literature or
protocol on whole-genome bisulphite sequencing using LCM tissues.

发帖数: 932 | 7 DNA should be easier because you do not need to worry about RNA degradation
during the staining and capture process.
It is a reference for classic sequence of DNA sample using LCM tissues.

However what I want is a protol that can amplify the whole genomic DNA from
LCM tissue, not several target genes. The point here is "whole-genome"
bisulphite sequencing.
