平价超市有红曲米卖的，
刚刚打电话回家问了老爸如何做酒：P
具体做法网上共享：
1）把米蒸熟，
2)家少量的水把饭拌凉
3）均匀地和上曲米（1.1斤米，1量米曲）
4) 放入容器，加水（1斤米，1.2斤水）
5) 和匀
6）过两三天后观察酒，如果有很多气泡了，并且表面的一层开始有裂缝了，很好！成功
了一半:) 然后用干净的铲子搅拌
7）等待，注意观察，搅拌
8) 有一段时间酒特甜：）），好喝
9）再等待，酒味越来越浓了
10）过虑，上好的米酒可以上桌了！！！
11）酒糟可以炒带鱼，炒金花火腿，m........香死了！
12）如果你有蒸馏器，呵呵，酒糟还可以酿出高度的白酒 |

then walk along the Canal Stree(the main street in Chinatown, the bus stop is
there), then you can find the subway station of Green/6, walk a bit longer,
can find Red/1/9 station.
But anyway, the system of subway is very complex, but maybe you can ask for
more information in N.Y. board. |
