At least seven people were shot across the city Monday night, including
six shot within an hour, officials said.
About 6:15 p.m., someone shot a 21-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman
in the 1300 block of West Washburn Avenue in the city’s University Village
neighborhood, Chicago Police Department News Affairs Officer Joshua Purkiss
said.
The woman suffered a graze wound to the head and was taken in good
condition to the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago, Chicago
Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford said. The 21-year-old man was taken
in critical condition to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County,
Langford said.
In a separate shooting at 6:12 p.m. in the 1300 block of South Loomis
Street, a 23-year-old man was shot and critically wounded, said Langford.
The man was also taken in critical condition to Stroger. Police said the
shots may have come from a passing vehicle. | b*x

care。最好那里为起来， 里面内讧好了， 又少了几个吃福利的， 你的学生也少了几
个TM。
这是在University village， 不少人开车经过的， 去costco必经之路。 | S*******r

下去了，然后从STATE STREET回走。就在离IIT不远的地方，那几个公共屋门口的大马
路上，刚发生了枪战。肯定有人挂了，因为来了两辆救护车。我跟着其中一辆直接开到
我们医院去了。还有十几辆警车，很多警车在地上找弹壳之类的东西。
那也就6点多钟的样子。IIT有些同学肯定看见了。 | T*R
