发帖数: 1940 | 5 Per email with the board, it requires 8 years experience before you passed
the PE exam in other state (in IL, if you are not satisfied, you are not
allowed to take the PE exam), otherwise you need to retake the exam. But don
't think they require passing Toefl before the date of passing PE. Who knows
, they made the policy, they explain by their ways.

考，加州来说学校，医院等等必须要SE

there. however, more and more states require CPEES, for instance, ohio, used
to be the easiest state, where I got my FE and first PE license, now starts
to require CPEES evaluation. My evaluation is in process and very like will
fail.

PhD plus 4 years of experience, so no degree evaluation is needed. Company
asks me to do so due to marketing purpose.I've been in Indiana office since
last August after in Ohio for 2.5 years. however, haven't done any Indiana
job yet.lol. not my fault, because I'm not responsible for getting a project

些设计桥梁道路的，签字的权利狠重要，但也意味着责任。弄不好进去也是有可能的 |

can waive the Toefl requirement if you have advanced degree from US. Some
rules are not on the paper.
One example is NJ PE, based on the application looks like I need Toefl. I
called the board for confirmation of the required score. Then I was told
Toefl is not required for me as I have US master degree.
ABET recently changed the rule to certify both BS and MS programs. In the
future MS degree will be required to sit the |

required toefl and 8 year experience as well for endosement which matches
the requirement on their website. I currently gave up for trying to get 26
on toefl speaking. Waiting for the rule change or looking for some
nationwide company that I can still use my seal.

But previously mentioned, they want the 8 year experience before you take
the SE exam? Do they accept foreign experience. I had eight years only if
counting the foreign experience. |

to IL. The requirement does not say all the 8 year experiences are must be
in usa, so I assume they will accept experience in other countries.
