The reason Mr O gave was that the spill over is distributed by the priority
date. Indian has more older priority date than Eb2C so Eb2I got more than
Eb2C,
But I double EB2Korean had more older priority date pending cases than Eb2C.
Why EB2Korean got more than EB2C?
Has anyone thought of this? and Asked Mr. O about it? |
