如果PD是2010年5月，他们的LCA只要一个月吗？矛盾！
如果是2010年5月第了485，那中国印度的Pending是按485排的吗？又是矛盾！

look at China Eb2C at 07.07, the number jumped only 1500, that's all the
Chinese NIWs rushed into the gate---only 1500. For Indians, only 700. | n***s

switch to EB2C. I guess I need to re-read USCIS's data first to try to
understand. Also, why 200x12? what's 12? 12 months?

你觉得ＲＯＷ的ＮＩＷ：ＰＥＲＭ＝１：５－６吗？
又，Ｐｅｎｄｉｎｇ ＲＯＷ ｄａｔａ 最近一年中，最大单月数量只有５００余人
。如果ＮＩＷ就有２００人，则ＮＩＷ：Ｐｅｒｍ＝１：１－２。太不符合逻辑了。

including recommendation letters which probably took longer time to assembly
minimal 5-6 letters.
not many people were ready when the opportunity knocked.
for ROW filers, they have enough time to prepare it.
