现在有一个问题
Notice of filing 上的rate of pay 写的就是prevailing wage的数目，并且注明
employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage
9089表上 offered wage是比prevailing 高 6000
这个有没有关系
我的律师说没关系，但是我看BALCA上面说是notice of filing 上的wage不能比
offered wage底
请各位老师指教

wage listed in the Notice of Filing, the Notice contained a wage less
favorable than that offered
