(B) by a consular official and such alien is applying for a visa--
(i) not more than 12 months after the date on which such alien's prior visa
expired;
(ii) for the visa classification for which such prior visa was issued;
(iii) from the consular post located in the country of such alien's usual
residence, unless otherwise prescribed in regulations that require an
applicant to apply for a visa in the country of which such applicant is a
national; and
(iv) the consular officer has no indication that such alien has not
complied with the immigration laws and regulations of the United States;

上条款严格落实。

如果申请人符合条件，国务院签证官以什么理由不同意？
那485发绿卡都是要国务院同意的，那如果国务院没有任何理由就是不给你发，你是不
是就忍气吞声？

伊朗这些拿绿卡的不是都降落了才被禁止入境。国土安全部和海关也是行政令签发当天
才知道的。 国土安全部部长是通过看电视得知的。。。

进来的，而且已经放进来很多人了。但个别人很难说，好比国人的政庇绿卡，给你吊销
了也没什么不可以。
