I think ca-ra-mel is probably the better pronunciation. this reminds me
of another word "Missouri". some people say "missou-ree" while some say
"missou-rah". i would say missou-ree just because that is how it is spel

愣是听不懂我说什么，我干脆说car-ml，她反倒懂了。。。。

caramel and they'd repeat carmle.

In the first half of the commercial, they said ca-ra-mel,
and in the last half of the commercial, they said kar-ml.
I should stop thinking about this word, it's driving me crazy, lol.
