我不懂，当初申请的时候我级别太低，另外工资来源是好几个项目，所以写的就这些。
但是期间隔了这么长时间，我涨工资了，能还按照我当初写的发？ | s*********x

名字,但是屁用没有,我走人的时候一分钱也没有给我.
这事情你得搞清楚:
1)你是不是PI,另外如果你们是MULTIPLE-PI的话,谁是CONTACT PI
2)如果你是PI(CONTACT PI),那你老板其实没有权利规定你拿多少钱,你想多拿,找NIH,
PM同意就行.但是如果你老板是PI(CONTACT PI),他做的也没有什么不对,因为你BUDGET
这么做的,他真的一分钱不给你,你也没办法 | G*****h

在资金分配方面我有多大自由度？

发帖数: 8561 | 8 我明白了,这个的确是挺难办的,你应该找你老板谈谈,要求多的资源也是合理的.
按理说你是PI,公司这边所有的开销你都有权利分配,但是从你的情况看,我猜你老板也
掌控了公司,只不过因为他在学校教授的身份,做不了PI,所以把你挂名在上面做PI,这样
一来你还是好好找老板谈谈吧,把道理摆明了说.
还有一种情况就是你自己独立的公司,和你老板是合作关系,那么按照我的想法,公司这
部分(至少60%以上吧?)你自由操作,无须和你老板谈,他能控制的是学校那部分.

发帖数: 1054 | 9 这种情况一般公司是老板的，基金也是老板的想法，所以老板才敢这么做。如果是楼主
自己的公司和基金，那还用来这儿问吗？俺今年也写过这么一个基金，跟人合作。老板
自己的公司，因为是学校教授不好做PI,就让博士后做。但是想法和基金基本还是老板
准备。
楼主没有透露这些情况，别人无法知道当时他和老板的协议。
这种基金，NIH对budget调控很严格，就怕有人拿了钱，分了，不干活。

发帖数: 2041 | 10 It is SBIR, you are the PI and I assume your boss is the signing officer and
owner of the company. The money should be coming from the company, are you
sure that your boss is not saying that you will get pay 25,000 extra on top
of your post-doc pay? Can you even get paid? Do you have a green card?
If your visa is linked to the university, I don't even think you can be paid
from a company.

发帖数: 1745 | 14 是的，我认识的一个美国人，还在我们系读博士的时候就在某公司兼职（或者是在某公
司全职，part time读博。反正我那时是f-1 visa，没办法兼职，也没办法全职工作
part time读博，如果那时象现在有绿卡，估计我也可以在做博士生的时候去公司写两
个proposal玩玩），然后和某教授还有该公司一起写了两个proposal，总共拿了150多
万，貌似他也只能拿公司付给他的工资外带一点奖金而已。。。

know. What's your company salary, which should be in the budget? I don't
think you are telling us the whole truth. If you company salary is 100k and
the SBIR only cover a quarter of that, 25,000 from that particular SBIR is
exactly what you should get paid.
Did you even write the grant and done all the paper work? or just signing
papers without knowing what's in them. Btw, you can go to jail if you
misuse the fund because it is considered as wire fraud.

the truth is that, I was making miserable salary at that company, as a
research scientist. I wrote the proposal, talked to people, did experiments
and participated in the administrative paperwork. I knew close to nothing in
the budgeting part, so this is the part I did not do much. But overall,
this is a VERY sound proposal with scientific rigor. Then, after submitting
the proposal, only after 5 days, I was conveniently fired for no apparent
reason (while, this should be apparent to everybody). Now, after almost a
year, I was told the grant get approved. They want to hire me back as
consultant (because I have another job now, thank Lord), for salary,a grand
total of actually 20,000 USD, for 560 hrs at 36 USD per hour.
I really should let you all know all the creepy things with that company. | w*********o

Obviously you cannot work as PI because you have another job. You will work
as a consultant and I think your old boss is consuming you instead of adding
you up.Before you take the consulting position, be sure not to violate your
current company policy.
My suggestion: clearly say NO to it. Forget all things with your old boss,
and move forwards to make yourself stronger.

做好你现在的工作
的确听起来你被上一个公司利用了，现在让他们自己摸索做他们不擅长的而不提供帮助
，我认为是兼顾 professionalism，ethics和人情的做法。
不值得生气，这个情况在法律上你没有太大赢得空间。

了，让人家辞退了？
在美国公司干活，无论大小，都有被人辞退的风险。有各种原因，你为这个生气，那永
远生不完。
现在，从你自身的利益出发，接这个活，好处是什么，坏处是什么，自己能否避免坏处？
不要让情绪占据心理，影响决定，成年人了，应该知道怎样保护自己利益，不要赌气做
事。
