发帖数: 997 | 4 从道理上是不会的，Reviewer申你的 proposal 时不应考虑budget, 但过度不合理的
budget request会引起有些reviewer的反感，可能会有隐性影响。而且要的多，最后一
般也不会拿到那么多。

发帖数: 2041 | 5 If it is not reasonable, it will get cut anyway. Btw, budget is not part of
the review criteria; however, it does not mean it won't affect the scores.
As a NIH reviewer, my take on graduate students is that they should not be
included in the budget for R01. NIH R grants are not training grants. I am
actually in the camp that want NIH to forbid student budget on R grants.
If you want a student, you need to get a F or T training grant. |
