i joined 24hourfitness in 1998, and tried many different types of cardio
classes and decided to stick on 2 classes: power yoga for flexibility and
meditation, and stationary cycling for cardio with lower impact to my knees
(i had problems with my knees due to too much sports play and competition)
This Monday, i had a training class in my company for whole day about
