Balancing, Weight, and Stretch--20 mins
2. Diet:
Breakfast:
Protein shake + 1/2 cup blue berry + 1 tbsp fiber+ 1 tbsp peanut butter
290 calories
Morning snack:
Protein muffin 220 calories
Lunch:
3/4 cup grilled vegetables + 4 oz chicken wing (white meat with skin) -- 325 cal
Dinner:

1. 15 min stairmill
2. Weight training and core--35 min
3. Treadmill 30min: walking with inclination.
Friday 11/09
1. Treadmill 30min: jogging
2. Stationary bike 15 min
3. Stability and resistance
Saturday 11/10
Hanging around in the rain all day, hiking/bushwacking a couple of miles
around 1000 feet elevation gain
Sunday 11/11
8mile hike/3800 feet elevation gain--at least 2/3 of trail was covered in
snow, very Shuang!
Monday 11/12
Rest day. No Exercise.
