popped out from nowhere. So I've been trying to catch up with the schedule
and would need to squat/deadlift everyday between Wednesday and Saturday. My
quads and glutes were extremely sore and I had a horrible squat session
today. I needed this deadlift set for a confidence boost.

The program I am running is a high frequency program that requires me to
train 4 times a week, so it doesn't leave much room for schedule flexibility
. I will most likely go back 3-times-a-week frequency for next training
cycle.

RPE你怎么判断是9.5不是10呢?好像从7very heavy到10 very very heavy不容易判断

s***r 发帖数: 358 | 7 I train 4 days a week and do all 3 lifts in each session. I am used to high
frequency training. I've trained 3 days a week with all 3 lifts in each
session for the past year, but this is the first time I am doing 4 times a
week.
RPE 9 means that you are pretty sure that you could get another rep.
RPE 10 means that you are pretty sure you won't get another rep.
RPE 9.5 is when you think may be able to get another rep, but not 100% sure.
So when I feel I could have got another rep, but not 100% sure about it, I
treat it as a dot half.
