发帖数: 563 | 1 请教一下这里的高手们(ET还有其他)。我打了一年多，现在短铁和fairway wood还都不
错（S杆60码，P杆110码，7号铁150-160，几个wood也都还行，方向也比较正），可是4
-6号铁就都在160-170这个范围里面，不会再远了。driver也是只在180-230这个范围。
很郁闷，因为par4/5的洞总得多花一杆在fairway上，所以现在还是在90多杆开外徘徊。
自己感觉是球有些topspin，所以飞不远。不知道怎么样可以改进呢？是club face接触
球的位置还是followthrough的问题？或者什么别的？

2. it's hard to explain why u can't hit the long iron/driver's longer. Let
me ask you a simple question, why do you think your long iron is supposed to
hit ball farther? because of the longer shaft, the small loft degree of
club head, or just that you are tend to hit them harder? or all of them.
Sure, you got the point. It's definitely about the contact between the club
face and the ball. However, the contact moment is just too fast to caputre.

主要最近跟几个高手（包括一个ABC teenager，那天打了71杆）打球，他们的long
iron和driver球都是象炮弹一样直飞出去而不是抛物线，甚至会在下坠前反而有一个往
更高走的弧线（从侧面看，不是后面），飞的很高很远以后再下坠，roll distance好
象不是很长（for long irons, not the driver, 估计也是更好控制落点？），但是空
中飞行的时间和距离比我长了很多。
另外看了一些youtube上的swing vision，他们的球离开club face的时候似乎是没有旋
转或者甚至有一点点backspin啊

Ur guess is right, from my aspect.
"他们的long iron和driver球都是象炮弹一样直飞出去而不是抛物线", before i talk
about the trajectory of long iron, the ball flight for their driver is
reasonable. Either he uses a lower loft driver, like 8.5 degree, or he tees
ball lower. (i prefer the 1st guess.)
For the long iron, it's hard to judge from ur word. But it's true, as I said
here before, currently, pros like hitting ball higher using long iron,
lower for short irons, all for better distanc

the basic princeple is.. faster club speed -> higher ball spin rate

areas, like California, Arizona, Texas..Back spin on the green is easier to be created..

经过上课和自己琢磨了很多youtube上的swing vision，终于发现并改正我的最大的问
题。
问题出在：
1.swing plane: 我的backswing离开了swing plane（1-plane），然后down swing的时
候就不容易回到正确的plane上来。是造成缺乏consistency的最大原因。
2.extension: 右肩（我是左撇子）在击球瞬间及followthrough的时候倾向于抬高而不
是保持在swing plane上，造成extension的时候的lag(是这么叫吧)甚至没有full
extension，球会或者slice，或者topspin.
3.trying too hard。这也是2的直接原因之一。
最近一直在改这几个毛病，效果不错。尤其是那个向往很久的back spin弹道曲线也出来了。

基本上每个swing vision里的PGA大拿都是这样。不是有那个"one dollar"草皮的说法

，向上travel时击中球的，这是我们把球放在更靠近左脚的原因，
