脚跟离地. 目前绝大部分的职业球手左脚跟都不离地,无论铁杆或木杆.
接近挥下的时候，左脚跟起了一下。随便讲讲，别介意。

woods, hands and left forearm align with club shaft... my understanding
right?
since loft of driver or 3wood is so small... could not afford any deloft...
except you hit ball on ascending blow.... which you can do for driver....
do you have any driver swing video? i feel that it's hard to find a swing
both good for Driver/Woods and iron.... for a lot of amateurs...

swing are different, but I can't hit a ball at home. I don't have any slowmo
of me hitting the ball because the recording requires some assistance from
another person and I can only do it from home. But the swings are close
enough for me to find the problems. Right now, my main problem is still
coming over the top, which causes pull to the left with my irons and slice
with long clubs. The problem is more severe when my t |

发帖数: 724 | 13 I am struggling while switching back and forth between Dr and 8i, which are
the two most practiced clubs. I cannot hit the 8i very well when first
switch back from hitting the driver for let's say 20 balls, or vice versa.
That's why I don't hit many fairways. The same swing doesn't work for both.
I will try to find somebody to help me with videos of me hitting the ball at
range.

另外，slow-motion其实远不如真实swing给的信息多。
slow-motion 是假的。
真是swing video可以在机器上以slow motion上放出来，但坚持节奏什么的，还是要看

另外，想学别人的手在球接触刹那也不现实，

发帖数: 724 | 17 I am not averaging 250 off the tee. I am only averaging 2-4 fairways per
round. The longest tee shot I ever hit came from three weeks ago, at a 400
yd par 4, i hit a 270 drive. Two other times, I hit around 260, but these
are three out of over 30 rounds of golf I have played so far. But most of
the time my drives are in the 200-230 because I either don't hit it straight
or solid.

带tripod to range a couple of times, 有一点显烦. video at home is easy
alternative.

month, and let ball flight and stats on course be ultimate JUDGE.
last monday played driver well, wanted to find out what changed, so shoot
one. alwyes looked uglier than i think. start to appreciate pro players

发帖数: 2325 | 20 hogan is probably a swing better model if height is less 5feet 9ft. i chose
ELS because more slomo video of his swing are available. i just focus on
the common features. like his lag, posture, impact and finish... he
rehinges club quicker than tiger during finish....
get tiger bood from lib for second time, he talked about swing change, he
treat swing like a fragile gift, no dramatic change. more like fine tuning.
it's unrealistic to think of dramatic change of swing look and dramatic

本期的golf digest有对sean o'hair的采访，有段话我印象挺深。Sean 说对他帮助最大
的是他老婆。他还在小型比赛混的时候，每次都把摄像机带上，直到有一次，他老婆执
意说，这次不带了。
结果他打得很好。从才就改变了他对摄像机的依赖。
他还是属于一个非常喜欢改动作的球员，他觉得就是他的个性，即使很多人建议他别这
样。他改动作的依据就是拍自己动作的录像。
对于练习高尔夫来说，在家和在练习场是不一会事，在练习场和在球场也是不同的一会
事，在球场自己打着玩和打比赛也会有不同 - 即使这个差别会小些，特别是对于大多数
的我们有份其他职业时，对以此为生的可能差别就大了。
用录像来学高尔夫一个最大的问题是，你失去了自己对golf swing的感觉 - 这种感觉本
来是从练习中自我体会出来的。你练习过程中，脑海里总是试着学别人的动作。
而就像Randy前天我们聊到的：每个人的个性都不同，因而每个人的动作也都有不同，简
单的抄别人的动作是不可能有效的。
当然了，很多东西还是需要自我体会的。

half-inch lower in setup could make a big difference in your visual
reference.

1. lateral movement of hips a little too much at the beginning of down swing
. this could cause miss hits because basically it shifts your spine base a l
ittle bit.
2. looks like your COG moves toward target during your back swing and goes b
ack to the right foot during down swing. this may cause you to lose some dis
tance.
I have the same issues and am still working on them.
