Because I am going to move to New Jersey in september, i want to share a two
bedroom apartment with an international student. She agrees to sign a sublease
agreement with me but I found her lease with the landlord just expired in
July. The most weird thing is she insists not renewing the lease with the
landlord. Her excuse is she had no problems to live there as long as check is
sent to landlord on time even the lease no longer a legitmate docement. Just
wondered what cheap ploy she want to play
