one. If the case is weak, and one lawyer agrees to take it. Will it be
possible that the lawyer only want to earn the first half and doesn't care
about if the case succeeds or not? Or does the lawyer care his/her
reputation and will try the best on the case?

success rate. There is always the excuse that the petitioner's background is
not strong enough.
I wish there is a marked post and everyone reports their lawyer experience
there. If some lawyers' success rate is too low, then people will think
twice before hiring them. |
