1）婚生子女
2）再婚时未满18岁的继子女
3）非婚生子女
An unmarried person under age 21 who is:
(A) a child born in wedlock
(B) a stepchild who had not reached the age of 18 at the time the marriage
creating stepchild status occurred
(C) a child born out of wedlock who is legitimated before the child reaches
the age of 18 and the child is in the legal custody of the legitimated
parent(s) at the time of legitimation
(D) a child born out of wedlock by, through whom, or on whose behalf an
immigration benefit is sought by virtue of the child’s relationship to his/
her natural mother or to his/her natural father if the father has or had a
bona fide parent-child relationship with the child
(E) a child adopted while under the age of 16 if the child has been in the
legal custody of, and has resided with, the adopting parent(s) for at least
2 years
(F) a child under age 16 who is an orphan because of death or disappearance
of, or abandonment or desertion by, or separation or loss from, both parents
, or for whom sole surviving parent is incapable of provide proper care and
has irrevocably released child for emigration and adoption
(G) a child under age 16 at the time an immigrant petition is filed who was
adopted in a foreign state that is a party to The Hague Convention on
Intercountry Adoption

unmarried指单身，离异，或丧偶。不过大陆绿卡持有者的排期还是很长。DEC2010是
2005年6月1日。不过，还是鼓励大家递交申请，因为移民如果政策变化，变起来非常快
