当初还专门问律师需要不需要少claim 一些
结果律师说as many as possible
结果claim 了5条 3条符合 剩下2条需要RFE
但是我材料基本已经挖空心思了了 请问偶是需要换个律师从新办一次
还是继续RFE？？？？ |

be inviting problems.
But I bet that the two claims that have not been passed include contribution
, right? That's almost equal to totality, and that's the ultimate criteria
that you have to pass.
You don't have to claim all of them again, but just focus on the strongest
two or three items, and try to support the contribution as much as possible.
The RFE package should look like a whole new package.
Your lawyer could be still used if he agrees with you, or else you could try
a new lawyer, but it's going to be costly.

1.participation ... as judge of work of others
2.authorship of scholarly articles in the filed in the field... or other major media
3.leading role for organizations
没通过 original scientific, scholarly, artistic.....related contribution of major significance in field
没通过 publication material about ...
rfe 的大意是推荐信和自我陈述写的contribution 都非常broad，不具体。都写了l类似"对业界做巨大贡献"之类的话，虽然推荐人都比较牛。
说贡献都是对直接的雇主有benefit 而不是这个field，什么推荐信中的
”造福了无数工程师“ 这种话。 但是没说什么东西造福了哪个工程师怎么被认可的。
phd 期间领域很理论很窄 所以paper 少 citation 也很少
虽然论文领域内影响是很大的期刊。
怎么办呢？？？？ |

What do you mean by the above?
Contribution is the one that you need to pass, by using everything else to
support it.
As to that contribution comment that it should be for the field, rather than
only for your company, you can get more letters from other places to say so
