我的背景， 神经科学post-doc，动物模型，病理研究。 9 publication （1,2,3作各
3篇, IF 2-9) and 16 conference abstract ; review (x15) and editor letter (x2
), citation (90, 但主要来自非一作), 有一些小媒体报道。
XM1102, 承认了review 和 authorship, 但是不承认contribution.
信开头先要求提供：
1. Documentation to establish that the beneficiary will continue to work in
their claimed area of expertise.
2. Documentation to establish that the beneficiary’s entry will
substantially benefit prospectively the United States
我其实已经提供了personal statement ，老板的信for support and funding info。
不知是没看信，还是信的内容来不够具体，需要重写，或要提供其它证据。
接下来就challenge contribution, 感觉很笼统: This criterion has not been met
……. . Simply going on record and explaining the beneficiary’s work is not
sufficient to……. It is unclear if the beneficiary’s contribution is
original ….... Also, it does not appear that the beneficiary’s
contribution is being widely ……. To assist in determining whether ……,
the petitioner may submit:
• Objective documentary evidence of significance ….
• Documentary evidence that …
• ……
Note: Letters and testimonies, if submitted must provide as much detail as
possible about the beneficiary’s contribution and must explain, in detail….
是不是可以再准备些reference letter, 强调implementation. 然后做领域内比较，
强调sustained national/intentional acclaim。 我的citation比较少，有一篇是
top1-2%， 不知有没有其它方法证明small percentage。
弱Case， 但还是要尽全力。不知还有没有机会通过。 | i***y

另外，是不是承认的部分就不用再提了，只要专注于contribution 和totality， 准备
新的exhibits就可以了。

个人意见：承认的部分你可以在rfe的PL里面提一句谢谢IO承认这点就可以了
