on the manuscript according to the journal guideline(i.e. novelty,
significance, impact to the field, language, and presentation). Then you can
conclude with one sentence such as , "...based on the above reasons, I
recommend acceptance/rejection of the submitted manuscript." If you suggest
major revision, you should also list the specific detail for the suggested
revision. |

Overall, this study provided sufficient new information regarding XXX. I
would recommend publishing this paper with minor revision.
如果因写作拒绝：
The overall quality of writing is not really up to journal standards. The
author(s) should address these issues and improve the quality of
presentation, at which point the paper may be publishable.
如果因创新或设计拒绝：
This study updates and expands XXX, and provides some new information
regarding XXX. However, this manuscript cannot be recommended for
publication due to deficiency in study design, low quality data presentation
, conventional but problematic methodology, lack of uncertainty analysis,
and incomplete identification of sources.
