刚刚开始考虑投资房,不少不清楚的地方,请指教!
即便monthly rent能cover mortgage+HOA+ins+tax,即便100% occupancy,那也是比较
亏的,因为monthly rent算做income被收税的话,net income一下打很多折。我这样理
解有问题吗?

to primary residence when you hot AMT.
For rental, it's still income minus cost.

底赚了多少房租?

I was told mortgage interest on the investment property could be counted as
deduction even after hitting AMT, but not other cost (property tax, HOA,
depreciation...)
Maybe I was wrong?

capital gain tax.
