This crap seems to collect your information for the future when you maybe will
be a JUROR.
Must I finish it?
On the letter it says:
YOU MAYBE ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION OF THE RESPONSE TO THIS
QUESTIONNAIRE.
PLEASE RESPONSE WITHIN 10 DAYS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND
CRIMINAL PENALTIES.
什么事啊？ 不当陪审员就犯法了？ 什么自由国家， 不是狗屁马？

If you are a F-1 student, then you are automatically disqualified. Did you
read the content of the questionnare?
If you are a US citizen, then it is your honor and duty to serve in the jury.

as a juror.
They just sent out this kind of letters by address, having no idea about your
citizenship status. My guess is you have lived in your current place for a
while.
There should be a phone number that you can call. It's better that way. Even
returning the finished form isn't a lot of work.

not eligible to serve as a juror.
Take it easy, I receive these type of mail twice in two states, I just ignor
them. If u are really worry about it, you can send back the form, and attach a
note said that u are not a citizen.
