我一直按时交房租。结果房东坚决不肯填。说是公司Policy,其实公司就是他一个人的
。他说以前有人威胁他作假，从此以后就不肯填这样的表了。我虽然从未晚交过房租，
也只好跟着倒霉。现在贷款公司说房东不填表就不贷款。大家帮忙处处点子，我觉得房
东有法律义务证明我没有晚交过房租。有没有办法告他？多谢多谢。 | d********8

would call the county landlords and tenants office to get advice. I suspect
the landlord is illegal/unregistered landlord, which means he does not want
to leave any evidence that he leased his house to you b/c he needs to pay
tax for the rental income. You can find out whether he is in the registered
landlord database in your county. |
