现在在另外一所大学作post-doc，所从事的领域跟原来不一样，发了篇新论文，用到了
我以前发的文章的一点东西，我把我原来的文章作为reference列在后面。可是，原来
大学文章的第二作者请律师告我，说我没有把她列为我的新论文的作者。她的确没有参
与现在我的新论文的发表啊。
请问，她的指控合理吗？这种情况我该如何应对？最坏的情况是？Thanks! | n***e

she has a case. she's probably just try to harass/scare/make fun of you.
however this is just my personal view. without knowing more details of what happened,
it is hard to predict what "worst result" you may get. So I would suggest that you
find a real lawyer. look up the legal words used in the complaint from her lawyer -
does it mention copyright? if so, go talk to a copyright lawyer first. I don't think
it will be m | q******z
