只有一个回复说：
For buying condo, these are the 3 requiremnts, please find out the new
purchase condo has met all these 3 requirement, I can't do the loan if one
is not met.
(1) owner occupancy rate needs to be >70%
(2) no litigation pending aginst HOA
(3) the HOA fee deliquencty rate can't >15% for whloe complex

loan, the 1st 5 questions on questionnaire will cover top 3 conditions.
owndership will determin condo or towehouse, reference to redfin listing
webpage, you will find ownership of the property.
