I do not like her because I feel like I have been pushed to remodel our
house. When we interviewed this agent, we told her we don't like to do too
much work for selling the house. After she looked the house she only asked
us to paint the kichen wall and bathroom wall because it was wall paper. We
agreed about this part and used the painter she recommended. During the

higher price because most buyers are borrowing money to buy. say you pass on
$20k remodeling cost, they only need to pay $4k upfront if they are
borrowing 80%. |
