(the lawyer has his own company to do the above 2 items for title searching)
Lender's lawyer's fee: $750
Your lawyer's fee: $750
不包括bank fee.

实际上我的还比你多了$1000的Title service and lender's coverage。
另外还有一些credit report fee, orientation fee (if there is any), flood life
fee ...
这儿似乎有一些没有给你说的隐藏费用,我当时就吃了亏:当时我问他们是不是没有
extra charge了,他们说yes, 最后还是有很多其它费用,就包括我上面提到的$1000的
