credit history 不够2年，3张CC的总CL也才7000。
现在FINANCE／PURCHASE一个20K的车对1-2年后贷款买房申请来说区别大吗 ？
如果ＦＩＮＡＮＣＥ的话是在申请房贷款前还清好还是没关系呢？ |

score is not enough. You need to have history of borrowing money.
This got me into taking a high interest loan on my car when I could easily pay in cash. It turned out to be a total waste of money. It also cost me credit score, because in a matter of less than a minute, the dealer called several lenders to check my credit score.
People should know better than spreading inaccurate information.

我还没听说过：如果信用分已经高了，车贷会对房贷管用。
车贷对提高信用是有用的，但是至少也要等上半年一年的，实际上车贷刚开始会损伤信
用。我们无息贷了两年的车贷，中间不知道有啥影响，但是最后付清了的时候一下子把
我们的分数从780多升到800以上。
但是我们房贷的亲身经验是只要分数到了740以上就可以拿到好的利率，信用分再高也
不会拿到更好的利率。
总之，够用就行。
