刚拿到TITLE COMPANY的价格，怎么会lender's title insurance & owner's title
insurance 都是我们付啊？加起来超过1300刀了。大家都付了这两个INSURANE了么？怎
么弄个TITLE都需要付这么多的INSURANCE啊，这些保险到底都能干什么？

In california, it depends on the county. e.g. In the Alameda
county, buyer pays both. Talk to your agent about this
and s/he should know it well.
