t*******n 发帖数: 66	1 If I owe the landlord some money due to the repairing of the carpet. They wanna change the whole living area carpet changing (>350sft) on half of my cost due to the stains. I have 350 dollare deposit and I do not think they will give us back. But we clean the house good after we moved out . If I do not pay the balance, will they send to the collection company. Thanks
