是不是都有可能在buyer买了之后出现产权问题，如一段时间后忽然有人跳出来说自己
也有部分产权（我理解为前owner or builder的lender之一）。
还是，跟银行买foreclosed房是safe的。如果不是，该如何避免。 |

有的州是的。大多数不是，除非合同要seller出，一般bank owned就不会。
不过我说了，bank owned一般都cleared title.
