早就收到了commitment letter--with a lot of conditions， appraisal 20K over
the contract price, so that is fine too.
把所有材料fax了email说是
...received your file back from the Underwriter and all of the
documentation which you had provided, has been reviewed and cleared. The
Insurance was the last piece I needed.I will be submitting your file back
to the Underwriter for review of the Insurance/ Clearance to Close. As
soon as I receive Clearance to Close...
结果过两天又收到信让解释两笔存款那里来的，也给了，还没下文
听说remove了all contingency deposit就拿不回来了， am I safe now? |
