I need to get the commitment by 2/16, but I need not to lock the rate before
2/16?
I thought If I want to get the loan commitment, I have to lock the rate
first. Am wrong? my broker give me such impression.

发帖数: 325 | 4 Our mortgage broker told us the last day to lock rate is 2/15, which is one
day after the commitment date. Unless she forgot that 2/14 is the commitment
date.
