楼上的lender fee如果是Chicago地区的平均水平的话,那就没啥问题了。 |

policy才25块,owner's policy是1000多,我的律师也是这么说。我估计银行给的
estimate都是说两个policy分开买的情况。合在一起买,有很大的discount.
