How should I do to use the extra credit (about $600)?
Loan package is already sent to title company for final wrap up.

发帖数: 1233 | 6 if small amount, spend it on home insurance. you can pay an extra 1 yr
coverage in advance. that solves the problem. :p

cannot increase the escrow money, which amount is set by law.
