个月付，这样明年每个月的月付就高一些。
请问分成12个月付的话会有什么不好吗？ 这样岂不是escrow帮我先垫付了tax和
insurance之类的？ 而且还不要利息？ |

发帖数: 2719 | 2 i think thr $2k goes to the escrow reserve... they need at least 2 months of
the tax in reserve. You're probabaly short on that... its not like they
would pay your tax for you in advance...
