其实没那么麻烦,每个月set up payment, escrow 还会帮你付了地产税保险,还省点
事儿呢。
说不准你过了几个月就 refi, 这钱就到你口袋里了。

的closing cost(3600左右)所以要自己掏一点。利息高一点rebate多,付了cost外还
有剩,多的钱(多1千左右)变态不能直接给我,只能付给预付税和保险,所以要求设
escrow.钱直接给我不就行了,真变态规定。搞得真麻烦。
escrow的麻烦是,自己不能掌控,保险之类的变了,还得通知他,太烦了。 |

少拿rebate,跟从自己口袋里掏钱还是不一样的。如果每月就省20刀的话,何苦呢?
再说,LZ不会是打算30年才还完吧?有提前还款,总利息就会将,如果LZ前7年就还差
不多了,我个人认为不需要在乎那0.125%的。 |
