Equity Line of Credit会影响信用分数吗？如果今年买不到房，明年才买到房，是不
是还是今年开equity line of credit? Is is true that I have no loss as long as
I don't borrow money from the account.

以前买这房子时弄过，第二年开始每年75元管理费。我就把那帐号close了。
可是这次，loan agent说只要我在wells fargo银行开个帐号，以后每年都没有管理费
。我问他管理费多少，他只说没什么fee.我想wells fargo 开个帐号，好像也需
maintain minimum balance in order to avoid fees.
