给你，你只有三天的时间做决定。如果拿到文件三天过后你不回应就默认你对hoa霸王
条款没有异议，就不能用这个contingency了。你是不是已经拿到hoa文件了？

全身而退的办法了。
说说为什么突然决定退出了？如果没什么致命问题就别折腾了。

间和精力，还有卖方答应卖一些家具给我们，最后自己都全卖了，有点不爽。不知屋顶
太阳能有什么隐患没有？平屋顶也是个缺陷？we are not handy at all, may need
all kinds of services to maintain everything... a little hesitate now...

几年就汗滴了。
