rate dropped from $4.625 to $3.625.
However, we need a new escrow, which is over $4,000. So, would the balance
in our old escrow be credited back to us? Couldn't the balance roll over to
the new escrow?
Anyone knows? Thanks in advance! |

transferred.
if they are different banks, balance of old escrow should mail to you as a
check from old bank. |

decide on our new loan amount? It is now in the middle of the month and we
will probably pay our mortgage for this month by the time we close the refi. |

你可以选择一个number来确定新的贷款额度，比如311k，312k，313k，或者任何一个数
字，你自己决定。
然后lender根据你新的贷款额度来进行审核。

less than it was a month or so ago when the lender checked my credit report
. I guess I just don't understand how this gap is addressed.

发帖数: 5191 | 7 以加州来说, 旧的escrow和您的escrow没关系, 就算是同一个lender, 也是要先付新的
escrow,然后旧的escrow把钱再退还给您.大约要take 3 weeks |
