first house, my agent sent me that info, but I did not take advantage of it
. Also, you can search the county records, and you may find the loan amount
as well. |

normally seller will not cheat on this kind of thing.

如果用当时全国平均利率6.25%算,到今年初,余额为200K.
据说卖方今年没有还贷款,那late payment = 1320*3= 4K,银行pannelty算1K。
那么,卖方的break even = 218.1 K = 200 + (4 +1) + 218.1* 6%
