Unfortunately due to fair lending laws it is prohibited to waive fees for
one client and not others. Our fees are kept to pretty much our hard costs
such as Doc Prep Attorney and Closing fee. The Underwriting fee and
Processing fee covers the salaries for me, the processor, underwriter as
well as the cost that we have to pay for each and every verification from
the IRS, SS Admin, your employer, your bank… Each entity charges fees for
the verifications and they all add up quickly.

options for the rates of no cost no point, or with lender credit. | l******s

是找靠谱mortgage broker, 按时close.
我们是direct lender, 较快。
若是自住屋，连HOA材料都不用看，省时省钱。

1.利率
2.closing cost
3.有没有point?
4.多久可以close?
5.这个lender或broker的服务怎么样?
多找几家问问,买东西还货比三家呢,何况这是买房贷款.
