The seller showed me the heating oil bill, that is amazing.
From 7/19/2012 to 3/29/2013 (now actually), total is $3636.68.
That is just too much!
What do you guys think?

一般滿缸是275加侖, 以東北來說, 最冷的時候, 一個月能燒一缸. 一個月燒$900是輕
而易舉.

If you convert this heating bill to 30-year mortgage, for extra $2000
heating bill, it is = $33,000. That is a lot money.
If it is a gas heating house (1954 sqrt), I bet $1600 per year heating will
make the house comfortable.
yes I am in ma. The problem is that there is no house on market. :-(

倍左右.

妥協部分條件.
如果只為了oil heat一個原因放棄, 這個.....看你願不願意再等....
可以考古看看, Boston版有人convert to gas heating, 也有人街上沒通gas, 所以安
裝mini split(冷暖皆可用, 不是很冷時用), 也都是折衷辦法.

My agent told me he hasn't seen a buyer walk away from oil heating alone.
But this oil heat will cost about 40,000 in mortgage payment (30 fixed).
I would go with a house newer and has gas heating and 40,000 expensive ...

gas只是考虑的一个因素 但还没到一票否决的决定因素

可能减少的。
你也可以问问卖主冬天室内控制温度多高，然后和你想控制的温度作个比较，有时候差
一度可以差几百美元。

一個同事換房, 從gas heat房子換到oil heat的房子, 因為是衝著那裡的好高中去的.

发帖数: 3672 | 11 你到波版去問問, 有好些人裝了, 費用也遠遠不用4w, 主要是提供冷氣, 也可提供一些
暖氣, 據說是能省些heating cost, 不過不能取代原來的heating system.
1989的房在Boston是已經很新的了.
